- 2tb butter
- 2/3c sugar
- 5tb coconut syrup
- 1c cake flower
- 1ts baking powder
- 4egg whites
- 1/4ts cream of tartar

Sift flour, baking powder and salt

Stir these ingredients into the milk mixture

Whip the egg whites until they are foamy, add cream of tartar and whip until they are stiff but not dry

Fold into the cake mixture

Bake in greased muffin tin at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes

Makes 12 medium sized cup cakes
