- 2ts cocoa powder
- 2ts baking powder
- 1/2ts salt
- 1/2c milk, skim
- 2ts oil
- 1ts vanilla

Add the milk, oil, and vanilla, mixing by hand until smooth

Pour into a 8x8x2-inch baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray
