- 11/2 ts salt
- 1/2c warm milk (110~ to 115~)
- 1/4c butter or margarine; soften
- 1egg
- 1/2c packed brown sugar
- 4ts ground cinnamon

soften 1 Egg Filling: 1/4 c Butter or margarine

melted 1/2 c Packed brown sugar 4 ts Ground cinnamon In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water

Add 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt, milk, butter, egg and remaining water

beat on medium speed for 2 minutes

Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough

Turn onto a floured board

knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes
