- 1c cooked red kidney beans
- 1ea celery stalk, diced
- 1ea green bell pepper, diced
- 2ea garlic cloves, diced
- 1/2c oil
- 3tb tamari

Place remaining ingredients in blender & blend on high for 1 minute

Add to bean vegetable mixture
