- 1/2c plus 2 tablespoon cocoa powd
- 3/4ts baking soda
- 1/4ts salt
- 1lg egg
- 2lg egg whites
- 2c sugar

Generously grease a 12 cup bundt pan

In a small saucepan over low heat, mix together chocolate & oil

Stir often until smooth & set aside

Sift together flour, cocoa,baking powder, baking soda & salt

In a large mixing bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, beat egg & whites, sugar &coffee powder until very light & fluffy

Turn mixer to low &beat in half dry ingredients
