Cream margarine,brown sugar until light & fluffy

Beat in chocolate,egg,vanilla & milk

Gradually add dry ingredients mixing well to make a stiff dough.Chill overnight.Roll into 1 tsp balls ,place 2" apart on an ungreased sheet.
