- 2cup granulated sugar
- 2cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4lbmargarine
- 1cup water
- 4tbsp cocoa
- 1/2cup vegetable shortening
- 1/2cup buttermilk
- 1tsp baking soda

In a sauce pan combine margarine, water, cocoa & shortening

Bring to boiling and put in mixing bowl with sugar, flour & soda

Mix well and then add buttermilk, eggs & vanilla

Mix and place in greased 13x9x2" pan

Bake 20 minutes in 400 degree oven

ICING: Combine margarine & cocoa and mix well

Add powdered sugar, vanilla, marshmallows, milk and nuts
