- 6eggs 1 tb baking soda
- 3/4c cocoa 1/4 lb margarine, softened
- 1ts vanilla 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 21/2 c oil 1 powdered sugar, sifted
- 33/4 c flour, sifted 1/2 c cocoa
- 33/4 c sugar 1 ts vanilla

In separate bowl

combine cocoa, vanilla and oil

Add the sifted flour, sugar, salt and baking soda

Add to beet mixture

Mix well in larger bowl

Divide batter between two 9x13 pans, greased and floured

Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
