- 11/4 c sugar
- 2lg eggs; lightly beaten
- 3c sifted all-purpose flour
- 11/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4ts freshly ground black pepper
- 1pn cayenne pepper
- 1ts ground cinnamon

Add the eggs and beat until fluffy

Sift together the dry ingredients

Add to the butter mixture and beat until well mixed

Shape into a flattened round, wrap, and refrigerate at least 1 hour
