3/4 c Flour Sifted with: 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Baking soda 8 oz Sweet chocolate Cut into pieces * 1/2 c Chopped peanuts 1 c Oatmeal 1/2 c Butter 1/4 c Sugar 1/2 c Brown sugar 1 Egg

- 1/2ts baking soda
- 8ozsweet chocolate
- 1c oatmeal
- 1/2c butter
- 1/4c sugar
- 1/2c brown sugar
- 1egg

3/4 c Flour Sifted with: 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Baking soda 8 oz Sweet chocolate Cut into pieces * 1/2 c Chopped peanuts 1 c Oatmeal 1/2 c Butte

Mix together flour mixture, chocolate, peanuts & oatmeal

Cream butter with both sugars until light & fluffy

Add egg, vanilla & almond extracts

Beat until well mixed

Add flour mixture

Stir until ingredients are well mixed

Drop, using small ice cream scoop, batter onto ungreased cookie sheet
