- 3eggs -- lightly beaten
- 11/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1ounceunsweetened chocolate -- melted
- 25pecan halves

Spread pecans in single layer on baking sheet

Toast in 350 F oven for 3-5 minutes or until fragrant
