- 1/2ts baking soda
- 1/2ts salt
- 3eggs separated; room temp
- 11/3 c sugar
- 1c flat dark beer
- 3ozmelted unsweetened chocolate

Lightly butter 2 9-inch cake pans with 2 tablespoons butter
