- 2ozs unsweetened chocolate
- 2c semisweet chocolate chips
- 2extra lg eggs
- 2tsps freeze dried coffee crystals
- 2tbsps vanilla
- 3/4c sugar
- 1/3c flour

Butter and grease two large cookie sheets

Melt butter and unsweetened chocolate Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips

When chips are almost melted, remove mixture from the heat

Mix eggs, coffee crystals, vanilla and sugar until smooth

Stir into the chocolate mixture

Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) and stir into the chocolate mixture
