- 11/2 c sugar
- 3ozunsweetened chocolate
- 3eggs
- 2c all-purpose flour
- 2ts baking powder
- 1/2ts salt

1/4 c Butter 1 1/2 c Sugar 3 oz Unsweetened chocolate Melted/ cooled slightly 1 ts Vanilla extract 3 Eggs 2 c All-purpose flour 2 ts Baking

In a large bowl or large bowl of an electric mixer, mix butter, sugar, melted chocolate and vanilla until blended

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing until blended between additions

Into a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt

Stir dry ingredients into the batter

chill dough 30 minutes

Roll dough into 1-inch balls

Roll balls in powdered sugar and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet
