- 6ozsemisweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2c bourbon
- 3tb light corn syrup
- 21/2 c vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2c sifted powdered sugar
- 1c pecans; finely chopped

6 oz Semisweet chocolate morsels 1/2 c Bourbon 3 tb Light corn syrup 2 1/2 c Vanilla wafer crumbs 1/2 c Sifted powdered sugar 1 c Pecans

finely chopped Powdered sugar Melt chocolate morsels in top of double boiler or in microwave

When smoothly melted, remove from heat and stir in bourbon and corn syrup

Set aside

Combine crumbs, powdered sugar and pecans

Stir into chocolate mixture
