- 1c sugar
- 1c cottage cheese 1% low-fat
- 1/4c +2 tb unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4c flour, all-purpose
- 1/4c amaretto
- 1t vanilla

Position knife blade in food processor bowl

add cream cheese and next 7 ingredients, processing until smooth
