- 150g sugar
- 5ml cinnamon
- 100g butter
- 700g cream cheese
- 4egg whites
- 71/2 ml vanilla
- 500ml sour cream

Preheat oven to 190 ?C

Use the steel blade of the food processor

drop the zwieback cookies into the processor, one at a time, and process until fine
