- 11/4 c all-purpose flour
- 1/4ts cinnamon
- 11/2 ts baking powder
- 11/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3c butter;or margarine, melted
- 1/4c milk

Lightly butter 8x8x2-inch square or 11x7x2-inch baking pan

Combine apples that have been peeled cored and thinly sliced, 3/4 cup of the sugar, 1/4 cup of the flour and the cinnamon in large bowl
