- 1c sugar
- 3tb flour
- 1/8ts cinnamon
- 1/8ts nutmeg
- 1/2c seedless raisins

Mix all ingredients lightly

Put into pastry lined pie pan, sprinkle with 1 tsp flour and dot with 1 tsp butter

Cover with pastry

bake about 30 minutes in a very hot oven, 425 or until apples are tender
