8 oz almond paste, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 egg whites, mix together, makes a messy batter, then take about 1 - 2 tablespoons or larger if you like

Bake about 10 - 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven on brown paper on a cookie sheet, no grease! When done slide the brown paper on a wet disht
