- 8ozneufchatel cheese, softened
- 3t chopped onion
- 2t dry sherry
- 2t mayonnaise (diet)
- 2t lemon juice
- 1/4t hot sauce
- 1/8t ground nutmeg

Transfer mixture to a 2 cup mold coated with cooking spray (Pam)
