- 2ea garlic, cloves, minced.
- 1/4c parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1/3c water
- 2tb lemon juice or lime juice
- 1tb soy sauce, low-sodium
- 1ts sugar
- 1/4ts hot pepper flakes
