- 1/3cup sugar
- 1tsp grated lime rind
- 1cup diced strawberries
- 1cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1ds green food coloring

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water

Combine limeaid concentrate, sugar, and 3/4 cold water in small saucepan

cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until concentrates melts and sugar dissolves

Add gelatin

stir until dissolved

Chill until syrupy

Stir in lime rind and strawberries
