- 1c firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4c plus 2 tb butter; softened
- 2tb skim milk
- 1/2ts vanilla flavoring
- 1/2ts butter flavoring
- 1/2ts nut flavoring
- 1egg
- 3c all-purpose flour

Add milk, flavorings and egg and beat well

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt and add to mixture, beating well

Divide dough into 4 equal portions

Working with one portion at a time, roll to 1/8-inch thickness on a well-floured surface
