Heat oil in a quart saucepan

Brown ox tails on all sides

Discard oil

A 1/2 package of seasoning and enough water just to cover ox tail

Cook/simmer ox tail until almost tender (2-2 1/2 hours)

Add 1/2 pound frozen mixed vegetables
