Ingredients 3 1/4 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup shortening 1 1/2 cup sugar 3 each eggs, beaten 1 1/2 cup mincemea

Cream shortening, adding sugar gradually and cream until fluffy

Add eggs and beat until smooth
