- 1/2cup slivered, blanched almonds
- 1recipe cream filling
- 21/2 c fresh strawberries
- 1/2cup water
- 1/4cup sugar
- 2tsp cornstarch
- 3tsp enriched flour

Gradually stir in milk

Stirring constantly, bring to a boil

reduce heat and cook and stir till thick
