- 1/3cupfrozen orange juice concentrate, -- thawed
- 1/4cupreconstituted orange juice
- 7cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and well drained
- 1recipe orange pastry crust or crust for 9-inch -- pie,
- 1teaspoonfinely grated orange zest
- 1tablespoonsugar
- 1/2teaspoonsalt

Stir in orange juice concentrate, orange juice and 2 cups of the blueberries

Cook and stir over medium-high heat until mixture in thickened, translucent and just comes to boil, 7 to 10 minutes

Remove from heat and gently fold in remaining blueberries

Mound filling into baked orange pastry crust
