- 1/2tbsp gelatin, unflavored
- 1/2cup water
- 1/2cup sugar
- 2egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 2cup whip topping, mixed, chilled

Remove to another container and chill

Drain pineapple juice over the gelatine in medium saucepan and let dissolve about 10 min

Add 1/2 c water, 1/2 c sugar and heat to boiling

Pour mixture over pineapple in large mixer bowl and let stand until cold

Stir in beaten egg whites and whipped topping

Serve in small bowls or stem glasses with a piece of cherry on top
