- 1/3cup cold water
- 1/4cup water; cold
- 1pn salt
- 11/2 tb cornstarch
- 2tbsp water
- 1pie crust; baked 9 inch
Directions

4 c Strawberries

fresh 1/3 c Cold water 1/4 c Water

cold 1 pn Salt 1 1/2 tb Cornstarch 2 tb Water 1 Pie crust

baked 9 inch Puree or mash one cup strawberries

Place in a small saucepan with water, sugar and salt

Cook stirring over medium heat until boiling

Stir in corn starch mixed with 2 tbsp water and continue to cook til slightly thickened

Place remaining berries in pie shell and spoon glaze over them
