- 31/2 c sweet potatoes, cook/mash
- 1/2cup butter, softened
- 2cup sugar
- 4eggs
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1/2tsp nutmeg
- 13ozevaporated milk
- 2tsp lemon extract
Directions

After each one, stir in salt, nutmeg, milk and extract

Pour into 2 deep dish unbaked, pie shells

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes

Then lower oven to 325 and bake for 30-40 minutes longer.
