- 3eggs
- 3cup flour; unsifted
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1/2tsp salt
- 9ozmincemeat, crumbled

In a large mixer bowl, beat shortning and sugar until fluffy

Stir together dry ingredients

gradually blend into shortning mixture

Stir in mincemeat.* Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2-inches apart, onto greased baking sheets
