- 6tb flour
- 1qt milk
- 1/2ts poultry seasoning
- 1/2ts ground nutmeg
- 1/4ts salt
- 1d worcestershire sauce

Place sausage in a large, heavy skillet over medium-low heat

Cook, stirring and breaking the sausage into small chunks with a fork, until cooked, about 10 minutes
