- 3cup flour
- 2tsp soda
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- 1/2cup peanut butter

Cream lard, white sugar, brown sugar and eggs

Add flour, soda, cinnamon

Blend in peanut butter, nuts and shredded orange rind
