- 2cup coarsely chopped pecans

1 Egg white 1 c Brown sugar, sifted by - forcing through coarse - sieve with wooden spoon 1 ts Vanilla 2 c Coarsely chopped pecans Beat egg

Add brown sugar and continue beating until thoroughly mixed

Add vanilla and pecans and stir

Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 5-6 minutes in 400F oven

Allow to cook for 10 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
