- 20ozcrushed pineapple in juice
- 3/4c sugar
- 1c heavy or whipping cream
- 1/4c powdered sugar
- 1ts vanilla
- 3/4c flaked coconut
- 2sm instant vanilla pudding mix

In medium saucepan, combine pineapple with it's juice and sugar
