- 3/4c shortening
- 1/4c molasses

- 1/2ts salt
- 1ts baking soda
- 1ts ginger

Beat with an electric mixer on medium to high speed until thoroughly blended

Beat in remaining flour

Shape dough into 1" balls

Roll in the white sugar
