- 1package unflavored gelatine
- 1/4cup sugar
- 1/8tsp salt
- 3egg yolks
- 11/4 c milk
- 2tbsp rum
- 3egg whites

In double boiler top, beat eggyolks

Stir in milk, then gelatime mixture

Cook over hot, not boiling water, stirring untill custard coats spoon
