- 3ea egg yolks
- 2/3cup icing sugar
- 1/3cup coca-cola
- 1cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2tsp unsalted butter, softened

Remove from heat & let stand to cool

Refrigerate until cold

Beat butter til it's light & fluffy

Beat in egg yolks, one at a time

Gradually add chocolate mixture
