2tsp cake flour
11/2 t baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
11/4 c miniature semisweet
2tsp butter, softened

Directions

Toss the chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of the dry ingredients

Cream the butter and sugar and beat 3 minutes

Beat in the eggs, melted chocolate and vanilla

Add sifted mixture alternately with the half-and-half, beginning and ending with dry ingredients
