- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp baking soda
- 1/2cup softened butter
- 1cup sugar

In a large bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda

In a mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugar on low speed of electric mixer until fluffy
