- 1/3cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/4cup hot milk
- 13/4 c whipping cream
- 2tbsp confectioners' sugar

TO MAKE THE MERINGUE SHELL: Beat the egg whites, salt and cream of tartar together in the large bowl of an electric mixer until soft peaks f
