8ozsemi sweet chocolate
1/4cup margarine or butter
2/3cup corn syrup light
2eggs; slightly beaten
1/4tsp salt
4cup oats old fashioned

coarsely chopped In 2 quart saucepan, stir chocolate and butter over low heat just until chocolate melts
