- 21/2 c bread flour -- (1 2/3 c)
- 3/4c barley flour -- (1/2 c)
- 1/3c rolled oats -- (1/4 c)
- 3Tbspwheat germ -- (2 t), i omitted
- 3Tbspnonfat dry milk powder -- (2 t)
- 3Tbsporange zest -- grated, (2 t)
