- 1c shortening
- 2c sugar
- 3eggs -- beaten
- 1t vanilla
- 1c sour cream
- 5c flour
- 1t salt
- 3ts baking powder
Directions

1 C Shortening 2 C Sugar 3 Eggs -- beaten 1 T Vanilla 1 C Sour cream 5 C Flour 1 T Salt 3 Ts Baking powder 1/2 Ts Baking soda 1 1/2 C Black

Add the eggs, vanilla and sour cream

Stir in the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda to make a stiff dough

Add chopped nuts

Drop by teaspoonsful onto greased cookie sheet

Mix 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a saucer

Grease the bottom of a jelly glass
