- 1/2cup sour cream
- 1tsp white vinegar
- 2ea drops of tabasco
- 2tsp chopped chives
- 1tsp dill seed or fresh chop dill
- 1ea dash of pepper

Let stand 30 minutes

Drain thoroughly

Dry on peper towel

Combine sour cream, vinegar, tabasco, chives, dill seed and pepper
