- 2unpeeled granny smith
- 1tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1/2tsp sugar
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1cl garlic minced
- 2tbsp unsalted sunflower seeds

Set Aside

Leave Root & 1 Inch Of Stem On 2 Beets, Reserving Remaining Beets For Another Time
