Prepare batter as directed, except--pout batter into a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch baking pan

Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake begins to upll away from sides of pan and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean

Cool in pan on wire rack

Spread with Banana Frosting, below
