- 1/2cup chopped carrots
- 1/2cup chopped celery
- 1cup bread crumbs
- 28ozcan italian plum tomatoes,
- 1/2tsp cayenne pepper
Directions

Stir in flour and mix thoroughly

Cook 5 minutes while stirring

Add tomatoes, breadcrumbs and stock
