- 1tb baking powder
- 1ts sugar
- 1ts salt
- 1ts pepper
- 2lg eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4c milk

Make a well in the center and set aside

Combine the remaining ingredients

Add to dry mixture

Stir until moistened

Coat miniature- muffin pans with cooking spray
